I joined the company as a Senior Designer and grew into a Design Lead. I worked with well-known international brands across Automotive, Micromobility, Public Transportation, HealthTech, AdTech, FinTech, and MarTech. I traveled regularly to Europe and the US to meet clients onsite, discuss ideas, and shape projects together. I led an international team of designers across time zones and ran projects from concept to launch. Worked on a print-on-demand platform that connects online stores to local production hubs across 32 countries, letting creators design and sell custom items (apparel, wall art and paper products) without holding inventory. • Redesigned the cloud storage for the online service, increasing retention by 17% • Redesigned the paper-product print builder, increasing conversion by 21% and reducing drop-off across all steps by 7–29%, which lifted revenue by 8%

Mentoring a UI/UX design course was an unexpected and rewarding journey that expanded my perspective on design.
