I joined the company as a Senior Designer and grew into the role of Design Lead, taking on bigger challenges and responsibilities. Worked with well-known international brands across industries like Automotive, Micromobility, Public Transportation, HealthTech, AdTech, FinTech and MarTech. I stepped into the world of product design again while working in a service company, focusing on one key project. It was my first experience with business trips, which added an exciting dynamic. I handled requirements analysis, designed user interfaces and experiences, and worked with usage data to drive decisions. Collaborating with an international team of designers was a highlight, broadening my perspective and sharpening my skills in a global setting.

Mentoring a UI/UX design course was an unexpected and rewarding journey that expanded my perspective on design. I created course plans, prepared and conducted lectures, and guided students through practical exercises. From designing tasks to managing scopes and deadlines, I discovered a talent for leadership and a genuine interest in mentoring. It was here I realized how much I enjoy leading and supporting a team, and it felt great knowing I was good at it!
