I joined the company as a Senior Designer and grew into the role of Design Lead, taking on bigger challenges and responsibilities. Working with well-known international brands across industries like Automotive, Micromobility, Public Transportation, HealthTech, AdTech, FinTech, and MarTech kept things exciting and diverse. I traveled frequently to Europe and the US, meeting clients onsite to discuss ideas and shape projects collaboratively. Leading an international team of designers across time zones was both rewarding and inspiring, as was seeing projects through from concept to launch. My role was a blend of creativity and structure — team leadership, presale processes, project management, internal initiatives, and process improvement were all part of my daily rhythm. It’s been an incredible journey of growth, collaboration, and bringing impactful designs to life.

I stepped into the world of product design again while working in a service company, focusing on one key project. It was my first experience with business trips, which added an exciting dynamic. I handled requirements analysis, designed user interfaces and experiences, and worked with usage data to drive decisions. Collaborating with an international team of designers was a highlight, broadening my perspective and sharpening my skills in a global setting.

Mentoring a UI/UX design course was an unexpected and rewarding journey that expanded my perspective on design. I created course plans, prepared and conducted lectures, and guided students through practical exercises. From designing tasks to managing scopes and deadlines, I discovered a talent for leadership and a genuine interest in mentoring. It was here I realized how much I enjoy leading and supporting a team, and it felt great knowing I was good at it!

In this role, I dove deep into product design, focusing on creating user-friendly digital experiences. From gathering and analyzing requirements to evaluating usability and user data, I made informed decisions to enhance few digital products. I crafted information architectures, developed prototypes designing intuitive interfaces. Presenting designs and creating guidelines and brand books rounded out my work, ensuring products felt polished and cohesive.
