About project
Our collaboration with Rapp culminated in the successful delivery of a cutting-edge micromobility platform that seamlessly integrates rider services, operational logistics, and fleet management. The journey began with an immersive product discovery phase, where we worked closely with customer to define the product vision, roadmap, and architecture. Through intensive workshops and collaborative planning, we outlined the technology stack, infrastructure, and initial wireframes, laying the foundation for an innovative ecosystem.
During design phase we meticulously crafted user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to address the unique needs of riders, service teams, and back-office operators. One of the key challenges was ensuring seamless integration across mobile and web platforms while accommodating diverse user groups, from riders renting scooters to logistics teams managing fleet operations. Parallel interaction design and visual design efforts ensured efficiency and alignment, creating a cohesive user experience.
The MVP was built iteratively, with functional demos every two weeks to incorporate feedback and refine the platform. Beta testing with a closed group of users provided valuable insights, which we used to enhance the final release.
Post-launch, the platform continues to evolve with new features, user-driven improvements, and ongoing support. This project showcases how a user-centered design process can transform ambitious visions into reality.
