We kicked off the project with a three-week discovery phase, refining the roadmap, conducting research, and planning the first production release. This initial release included key features such as user onboarding, parking search and view, navigation to parking bays, and zone overviews.

The app’s core functionality focuses on helping users find and filter parking options tailored to their needs—whether it’s the nearest, cheapest, or most convenient spot. Delivered as native iOS and Android applications, the design ensures a seamless and high-quality user experience.

Since its launch, the app has become a valuable tool for individual users, simplifying the parking process, and for fleet operators, reducing parking fines for their drivers. It has also positioned AppyWay to explore new commercial opportunities as they expand into other domains.

The app acts as a driver’s ultimate co-pilot, covering over 450 towns and cities. It helps users quickly find free or affordable parking while navigating complex rules like maximum stays, yellow line restrictions, and payment operating hours. We worked to make sure every step of the journey — from finding a spot to understanding walking distance — feels intuitive and stress-free.

Post-launch, we continued to support and enhance the app, introducing monetization strategies and additional value-driven features. Users can now choose between a subscription model or one-day access, providing flexibility and aligning with diverse user needs.

One of the highlights of this project was integrating real-time navigation and clear parking restriction info, so users never have to guess where to park or risk fines. It was incredibly rewarding to see how the app has made parking smarter, faster, and easier for drivers everywhere.
